bankHometown Promotes Bussiere to Vice President, Branch Officer

bankHometown is pleased to announce the promotion of Jo-Ann Bussiere to vice president, branch officer of the bank’s 31 Sutton Ave., Oxford office.
In her expanded role, Bussiere will continue to lead branch operations while taking on a greater leadership role in driving retail strategy, mentoring team members, and enhancing the customer experience across the bank’s network. She will play an integral role in supporting the bank’s growth and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Bussiere joined bankHometown in 2016 as branch manager of its 131 Main St., Lancaster office. In 2019, she transitioned into the same role at the Oxford office, where she has continued to demonstrate strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to both her team and the communities she serves.
An active community leader, Bussiere serves on the Webster Dudley Oxford (WDO) Chamber Event Committee. She is also a Mock Audit Team Member, a Dollar Scholars Mentor through the United Way Women’s Initiative, and supports Financial Literacy programs for seniors and students.
