bankHometown promotes Bela to Assistant Branch Manager

bankHometown recently promoted Lola Bela to assistant branch manager based in its 270 Grove St., Worcester office.

Bela has 11 years of banking experience and joined bankHometown in 2024 as teller supervisor. Before that, she was a relationship banker at M&T Bank. In her new role, she will oversee daily branch operations, maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and ensure exceptional customer service. In this leadership role, she will also be responsible for coaching and developing branch staff and driving business development initiatives to contribute to the bank’s goals.

Bela has a bachelor’s degree in English from the Foreign Language University of Tirana, Albania.
