bankHometown promotes Likes to Learning and Development Officer

bankHometown recently announced that Alexandra Likes has been promoted to learning and development officer, based at its 182 Main St., Putnam, CT office.

Likes, of Dudley, MA, has 12 years of experience in banking. She rejoined bankHometown in 2018 as learning and development specialist, was promoted in 2021 to senior learning and development specialist, and then promoted to learning and development manager in 2022. As learning and development officer, she will manage a team of learning and development specialists across the Hometown Financial Group family of banks, which includes bankESB, bankHometown, North Shore Bank and Abington Bank, a division of North Shore Bank. She will travel across the Hometown Financial Group footprint to provide training and staff support.

Likes earned an associate’s degree in business administration from Cambridge College, and is currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nichols College.
