bankHometown Welcomes Rodriguez as Assistant Branch Manager

bankHometown is pleased to announce the appointment of Amber Rodriguez as assistant branch manager of its 3 Central St., Killingly office.

In her new role, Rodriguez will support the daily operations of the branch, assist in leading customer services initiatives, and help drive team performance to ensure a positive and efficient experience for customers. She will work closely with branch leadership to strengthen customer relationships and support the bank’s growth within the community.

Rodriguez brings two years of banking experience to the role. She most recently served as a personal banking representative at Beacon Bank, where she assisted customers with a wide range of financial needs and built strong client relationships through personalized service. Before that, she worked as a universal banker at Bally’s Lincoln Casino, gaining experience in both transactional banking and customer support.
